October Cleanse Meal Plan
31-Day clean eating cleanse for the month of October.
Includes delivery once per day (between 11am-12noon)
Every day your delivery will include:
- 1 Breakfast [to be eaten the following morning]
- 1 Kombucha "shot" [to be consumed with breakfast the following morning]
- 1 Immunity fruit juice [to be consumed between breakfast & lunch the following morning]
- 1 Lunch (biggest / most nutritionally dense meal of the day) [ to be eaten immediately]
- 1 Immunity vegetable juice [to be consumed between lunch and dinner]
- 1 Dinner (Light, easy to digest meal) [to be consumed min. one hour before bed]
- [SUNDAYS] 1 Dessert [to be consumed after lunch or as a snack]

This is not a "starve ourselves" or "eat bland food" weight loss program.
Although many people notice weight loss as a side effect, the GOAL of this program is to re-align our bodies by eating delicious, nutrient dense foods.
All meals will be whole food & vegan.
We ask that you cutting out / limit the following products :
- White Flour
- Simple Carbs (Low-nutrient carbs)
- Low Salt**
- Low Oil**
All meals and drinks provided to you will be free of the above products. We use LOW salt and LOW oil, however, can accommodate NO salt and NO oil.
The meals will be "low-carb", however not "no-carb" we will eliminate low-nutrient value carbs, but nutrient dense carbs are okay.
For best results we recommend adding a little bit of weekly exercise to your program [IDEALLY 3x a week or more].
If you're not sure where to start with exercise programs, like myself, I can recommend a few trainers who have a TON of experience training people on plant based diets, and are amazing trainers in general.

For best results we recommend the following:
- Avoid sugary drinks like sodas or processed juices. Instead grab a glass of water, club soda, tea, or a fresh squeezed juice.
- Avoid snacking between meals (other than the juices). Each meal is designed to be filling, and nutrient dense to keep you full throughout the day.
- If you are going to snack, make smart choices, like a handful of RAW nuts, fruit, or veggie "sticks".
We offer a payment plan for the 31-Day meal plan.
If you would like to make use of the payment plan, please let us know in advance so we can have a contract ready upon delivery.
If you select the payment plan you would be paying on the following schedule:
- Day 1 delivery (Sept. 30) $575 (plus any add ons)
- Day 15 delivery (Oct. 15) $575 (plus any add ons)
* Menu subject to change based on availability of organic produce.
** Please inform us if you would be needing NO salt and/or NO oil. We minimize the use of salt and oil, but still use a small amount of high quality nutrient dense salts and oils.
